Acceptance

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. You must be of legal age in your country, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

The service

We help you crop, size and prepare photos for passports, visas and ID documents. The free option works fully in your browser. The paid AI option adds professional background removal and a clean high-resolution file with a print-at-home sheet.

Your photos and responsibility

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission.
• You are responsible for checking the final photo meets the rules of the authority you submit it to.
• You keep all rights to your photos. You give us a limited permission to process them only to provide the service.
• Don't use the service to create misleading, fraudulent or altered identity images.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: using it unlawfully, for fraud or spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, uploading malware, probing or attacking our systems, or scraping the site.

Intellectual property

We own the website, its software, design and branding. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it. If you believe content infringes your rights, email us and we will review and remove it where appropriate. Repeated infringers will be blocked.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work hard to keep the service running well, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Automated results may occasionally need manual adjustment.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risks.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
